Provencial, Thomas V., 67, of Chepachet passed peacefully on June 21st.
Beloved son of Giovanna (Fiorillo) Sullivan and step son of the late Warren Sullivan; loving husband OF 44 years to Sharon (Moni) Provencial; dear father of Warren Joseph (Melissa); loyal brother of Maureen Ayick; devoted grandfather of 3. A proud Teamster (Local 251), Tom was a trucker for many years before retiring Trucking. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam era.

A Private graveside service with military honors prior to inurnment at RI Veterans’ Cemetery, Friday, July 11th, at 9:00 am.
