Obituary for Alan Reynoso

ALAN REYNOSO

A dear son, brother, father, and friend is gone too soon. Alan Reynoso, 29, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on January 12th, 2021.

Born in New York, he is the son of Guillermo Reynoso and Patricia Diaz. He is survived by Patria Ramirez and their two children, Aliamy and Rosay Reynoso, and his son, Allen Reynoso, all of Providence. He also leaves his dear sister, Ambar Suarez, and many loving relatives and friends.

Alan faced and overcame many challenges during his lifetime, yet he never let them define him. Rather, he rose above them, developed many admirable life skills, and maintained an inspiring and ever-evident resilience and determination, which now, together with his great love of family, become his legacy.

He is also fondly remembered for his unique laugh, even being goofy at times; for loving basketball, all things scary, anything New York, anything branded Nike, and anything gold, especially jewelry; for always making the best of any situation and seeing only the good in people; and most of all for his beloved family and the many good times they had together. His life of goodness was honored by the color white, as Alan was laid to rest in a white suit and coffin, with his relatives and friends wearing symbolic white clothing to his services.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Berarducci Funeral Home, cor. Knight & Grove Streets in Providence, where calling hours were held on Monday, January 17th. Alan’s Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday morning, January 18th, at the Church of the Holy Ghost in Providence followed by burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Providence. Rest there in eternal peace, dear Alan, until we meet again.
