Our dear dad, son and friend, Corey DiMezza, 44, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on January 25th, at Kent County Hospital. Born September 16th, 1977, he was a beloved son of Michael and Elaine (Crabtree) DiMezza of Florida, formerly of Providence. Along with his parents, he is survived by his four beautiful children, Mason DiMezza-Mercer of East Greenwich, Corey DiMezza Jr., of West Warwick, Aliyah Baffoni, also of West Warwick and Sophia DiMezza of Coventry.

Corey was raised in a loving family, he was smart, handsome and an all around guy’s guy. He had a zest for life, he lived it to the fullest and on his own terms. He was hands on and always active in sports. He loved to wrestle, was an avid Boxing fan. He loved both the Yankees and Patriots. Corey loved his family and growing up enjoyed all the traditional Italian family traditions. He has left us too soon, he is gone but never forgotten, rest in peace, until we meet again.
