Murphy, Diane, M., 61 of Woonsocket passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 3rd at Woonsocket Health & Rehab Center surrounded by her loving family. She was a daughter of the late William and Patricia (Gallagher) Mazurek. Diane is survived by her devoted husband John Patrick Murphy and two daughters Lindsay and Jennifer Murphy both of Woonsocket. Diane is also survived by two beautiful grandchildren Chloe and Bria and three siblings. Her brother, William Mazurek of Randolph MA. and two sisters Janet and Susanne Mazurek both of Woonsocket.

Diane was a family person, a loving wife and devoted mother who enjoyed traveling with her best friend and husband John. She took great pride in being a mother and enjoyed every second with her children and grandchildren Chloe and Bria. She was their Nana and would play Club Penguin for days with Chloe. She loved to watch Megyn Kelly and CBS Morning Sundays for her politics but loved her Patriots football too. In the evening she loved to relax with her family and a good episode of the Bachelor or Bachelorette. Diane loved her dogs, Crazy and Calleigh and Lil Baby and Oki too. She was the light of our family from which we all drew our strength and inspiration and she will be sorely missed by all of us.

A Mass for Diane, to which friends and relatives are invited to attend, will be held Saturday, October 13th, in St. Paul's Catholic Church 48 St. Paul St., Blackstone MA. 01504
