Edward Roberts 72, of Woonsocket passed away April 28th. He was a son of Nemiah Armstrong and the late Martha (Jones) Armstorng He is survived by his children Mark Jones, Shakia Johnson, Mica Johnson, Latoya Cobb, and Kevin Showell all of Pennsylvania along with Nasheeda and Jabree Roberts both of Woonsocket. He is also survived by his siblings, Tommy Lee Jones, Nemiah Armstrong, Calvin Bradford, Willie Bradford, Robert Armstrong and Martha Armstrong all of Woonsocket. Mary Bradford Parker of Pawtucket, Annette Armstrong of California, Diane Bradford of Delaware and Patricia Armstrong of Chicago. Edward was predeceased by his son Abdul Roberts and his brother Eddie Bradford. Edward is also survived by his two grandchildren Jaquan and Najhae along with many cousins, nieces and nephews by whom he will be sorely missed.

Ed enjoyed hanging out with family and friends and watching television. His favorite show was Law and Order. He loved sports, Basketball, Football and much more. He spent most of the day with his two grandchildren Jaquan and Najhae who were the joy of his life and, as he would say, "Never a Dull Moment" but he loved every second of them.

Services for Edward, to which friends and family are invited to attend, will be held Thursday evening from 4-6 pm in the Berarducci Funeral Home, 185 Spring St. Woonsocket with a Repasse immediately following.
