Obituary for Gloria J Siravo (Beaulieu)
A beloved and devoted mother, grandmother and friend, Gloria J. Siravo, 73 of Providence, died peacefully, on December 29th, 2023, at Rhode Island Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born, in Providence on April 24th, 1950, to Lionel and Serveria (Pellegrino) Beaulieu. She is survived by her seven daughters, Jennifer Urban, Gloria Forgue, Rhonda Urban, Lisa Urban, Jessica Siravo, Ashley Siravo all of Providence and Christine Siravo of East Providence. Her three sons, Charles Urban and James Urban both of Providence and John Urban of Lincoln. She is also survived by her two brothers, Paul Beaulieu of Providence and Joseph Pelligrino of Maine. One sister JoAnne Sheridan of Warwick. Gloria was predeceased by one sister, Linda Beaulieu.
Gloria was a loving homemaker who dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She was quick witted, funny and you could always count on her to come back with a quick “wise crack” it was her way and her sense of humor which we all come to love and appreciate. She adored her “Little Chickens: as she would affectionately call her adoring grandchildren. She enjoyed spending as much time as she could with them and they with her. Every Friday was reserved for her special needs son, John, their special time was devoted to being together, going to McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and a few other of his favorite places. She also made it a point to spend a week with each of her children sleeping at each one’s house, helping with children and grandchildren alike. She loved music and dancing. Her favorite artists were Conway Twitty, The Beach Boys and many other oldies of the country music genre. She would do her little dance as she made her favorite Steak and onions with mashed potatoes.
Services for Gloria have been entrusted to the Berarducci Funeral Home, 26 Grove St Providence. Services for Gloria to which family and friends are respectfully invited to attend will be held on Tuesday, January 9th for 4-6 pm.
