Condolence: Holly was a special person who lived and loved selflessly - almost to a fault. She touched so many people and left so many memories during her lifetime that I am sure it would contain volumes. Aside from being a passionate social worker, Holly was a loyal friend who always made herself available to lend an empathetic ear and throw in some sage wisdom to go along with it; a respected colleague who never shyed away from sharing her wealth of knowledge & expertise; and most importantly, she was a devoted wife and mother who had an unwavering commitment towards family. There is no doubt that they were the impetus that kept her grounded, yet driven. No matter what life tossed her way,Holly never complained or became complacent. It is very difficult to say goodbye to such a wonderful person who projected so much positivity. I am so grateful to have met Holly and will remember her always. My condolences to her family.

Condolence: I first met Holly when I came to work for DHS in 1999. She made me feel welcome in what was a difficult transition for me. I'll never forget that and I'll always cherish the many hours I've had the pleasure to work with Holly since then. My condolences to all who knew and loved her.

Condolence: Holly was a very understanding and kind person. When my brother was diagnosed with ALS, Holly was his case manager. She helped us navigate getting care for him. Without her, he would not have been able to live the rest of his short life with the dignity Holly's help and guidance provided. She was a compassionate soul. She provided much comfort to me, my brother, and my family in a very challenging and heartbreaking situation. My heart felt condolences go out to her family and her two beloved cats. She will be missed.

Condolence: Dear Marlanea & family--

I am so sorry. Your mom was one of the most loving, giving, selfless people I ever had the privilege to call friend. She was the real deal--one in a billion! Her death is a loss that will be felt for a very long time. I will never forget her.

If there is anything I can do to help you at any time, please don't hesitate to call me. You, your family, and your mom are in my prayer.

With deepest sympathy,

Karen Bachus
