Joshua E. Colon – Obituary

A beloved brother, father, and friend, is gone too soon at 38!

Joshua Colon, of Woonsocket, passed peacefully into eternal life on Sunday, August 22nd, 2021, at Landmark medical Center. A dedicated family man, lover of Nature, and dependable textile worker, he had a good and generous heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to a friend or family member.

Born on May 8, 1983 to the late Wendy Hill (Dodge) Colon and Robert Belisle, he was the brother of Justin Colon and father of Kaleb Limoges, 14, both of Woonsocket.

A life-long City resident, he was a long-time manufacturing company worker, who much preferred the outdoors. He appreciated Nature and all its glory and especially loved the ocean. An avid fisherman and camper, he also was a fan of many sports. He was a calm, quiet, and extremely compassionate man who cherished time with family and friends by whom he’ll be sorely missed but fondly remembered.

Joshua’s life will be celebrated at Lincoln Woods State Park (sites 10 & 11) on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
