A beloved spouse, mother and friend, Leslie Brite, 62, of Woonsocket passed away peacefully at Landmark Medical Center on March 13th, 2022. She was a beloved daughter of the late Louis and Janice (Leslie) Pleau. She is survived by her devoted spouse William R. Brite Jr. She is also survived by her three sons, Charles, Jason and Thomas Pleau all of Woonsocket along with two sisters, Lori Badeau of AZ and Sheryl Dubois of GA. Leslie was predeceased by her brother Robert Pleau. She is survived by her many caring step-children and 10 beautiful grandchildren along with many friends and relatives by whom she will be sorely missed.

Leslie liked everyone, and everyone liked her, she was a kind and caring woman who loved being a homemaker. She especially loved family gatherings, she loved to cook and bake for her loved ones, she enjoyed arts & crafts and complex puzzles. You could find Leslile walking her neighborhood most days, visiting the local stores and businesses like Walmart. Leslie was a generous and beautiful woman who had love and compassion for everyone she encountered. She was a delight to be with, a light in our lives and she will be missed dearly.

A private Celebration of Life will be held in Leslie’s honor on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at the Broaster House.
