LINDA MILLER
Our dear sister and aunt, Linda Miller, passed away at Landmark Medical Center on December 22nd, from complications of COVID-19 and after a long period of declining health. Sadly, her death followed just two days after that of her brother, Peter, with whom she lived, and who was also a victim of the pandemic.
A decades-long Woonsocket resident, Linda was born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin on June 26, 1948 to the late Martin and Lois (Henderson) Miller. Following her education at Algonquit Regional High School in Northborough, MA, she experienced a series of medical difficulties but remained positive throughout.
Always content being single and a bit of a ‘home body’, she treasured her quiet time and any time spent with family and friends. A devoted and loyal ‘Elvis’ fan, she once visited Graceland only to find that he had left the building! An avid and expert crocheter, she thoroughly enjoyed Bingo outings and found solace in nature and in adult coloring. Her simplicity of living and her unique blend of positivity and courage will be her legacy.
Mourning Linda’s passing are her brothers Michael (wife Jeannine) of Simpsonville, SC, James (wife Karen) of Milford, MA, and Marty of Woonsocket; sisters, Deborah Delmonte (husband Richard, Sr.) of North Smithfield, Maryann Miller (husband Anthony) of Millbury, MA; step-sisters, Roma Moore of Marlborough, MA, and Lois Delmonte (husband Donald) of New Port Richey, FL; several nieces , nephews, and cousins; and her dear friend, Louise, in Georgia. She was predeceased by her brother Peter and her sisters Martha Henry and Sue Ann Miller.
Due to the pandemic, services for both Linda and Peter will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Berarducci Home & Cremation Care Center, 185 Spring Street, Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations directly to the family would be appreciated. Condolences may be left at [ProvidenceCremation.com].
