Nilsa Rios-Cruz, 70 of Woonsocket passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, Nilsa relocated last year before becoming ill. She was the daughter of the late Braulio Rios and Juanita Cruz She was a devoted mother and is survived by her loving children Israel Diaz and Carmen Diaz of Puerto Rico, Lillian Diaz, Joseph Calderon and Elisamuel Diaz all of RI.

Nilsa will always be remembered for her beautiful smile her kind and loving heart. She was a devoted Christian and preached to everyone she met. Nilsa loved the lord and her family; she loved every day she spent with her nine beautiful grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Nilsa loved to play Scrabble and was a formidable opponent.

Visitation for Nilsa, to which friends and family are invited to attend, will be held Sunday, September 9th from 4-6 in the Berarducci Funeral Home 185 Spring St Woonsocket RI 02895
