Our beloved mother, sister and friend, Noemi Ortiz, 54, of Woonsocket entered into eternal life on November 7th, 2021. She was a cherished daughter of Benhurd and Anna (Burgos) Rodriguez. She is survived by her devoted children, Jesse Ortiz Jr., Sally Rodriguez, Deborah Ortiz, Waleska Ortiz and Genesis Ortiz all of Woonsocket. She is survived by four siblings, Joel Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez, Luz Rodriguez and Ruth Rodriguez. She is also survived by her twelve beautiful grandchildren Debriana, Daneisha, Aysha, Audriana, Jaylani, Isabella, Adrian, Kevin, Travis, Andrae, Davon, and Jionni by whom she will always be remembered as the World’s Greatest Gita. Noemi also leaves behind her dear friend Gabriel Arce by whom she will be missed.            

Born in Puerto Rico, Noemi came to Rhode Island as a teenager. She was beautiful, brave, hardworking and was responsible for assisting all of her relatives come to make a better life. She was an amazing person who left footprints where ever she went. She was loving, caring and always helped others. Her faith was a driving force in her life. She dedicated her time to her family and was a committed member of her church and Bible studies. She was a great cook who loved to sing, go shopping and spend time with her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered always as selfless, whatever she had, she shared from her heart.

Services for Noemi, to which family and friends are respectfully invited to attend will be held Friday, November 12th, 2021 from 5-7 pm in the Berarducci Funeral Home 185 Spring St Woonsocket RI. Burial will be private
