Patricia E  McCahey
Patricia E. McCahey, 76 of Providence, Rhode Island, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Leola (Best) Myers, and a loving and devoted wife to the late Thomas J. McCahey, Sr.

Patricia is survived by her children, Thomas J. McCahey, Jr. and his wife, Karen. Patricia L. McCahey, Mary McCahey Mancini and her husband, Michael. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Dawn McCahey and was predeceased by her sons Edward J. McCahey and James F. McCahey. Pat is also survived by her sister Judith Karpus and was predeceased by her brothers, Edward, John, Richard and Herbert Myers she was predeceased as well by her sisters, Carol Maurice, Virginia Scoco, Barbara Myers, Janet Grenier and Betty Whitehead. Pat is survived by her beautiful grandchildren, Orlando Rose, Robert Berarducci, Gianna and Thomas McCahey, as well as her many adoring nieces and nephews.

Patricia owned and operated Trisha Jewelry for many years before starting her career in the healthcare industry where she dedicated her life to others for many years before retiring from Rhode Island Hospital. Pat was kind and gentle woman, she always had a kind word to say about others, she loved to read, cook, play bingo and cards. She enjoyed time with her grandchildren whom she loved and was just as devoted to her entire family.

A Mass of Christian burial for Patricia will be held Monday, February 11th at 10:00am from Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston with burial in St. Ann's Cemetery to immediately follow, Visitation for Patricia to which friends and family are invited to attend will be held Sunday evening, February 10th, 4-6pm in the Berarducci Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center (26 Grove Street, Providence, Rhode Island).
