Our beloved mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Pauline D. Allard, 82 of Harrisville, passed away at Landmark Medical Center, on January 3rd, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Leo and Rita (Bourassa) Riquier. She was predeceased by her beloved spouse Rene R. Allard. Pauline is survived by her devoted children, Diane Frappier and her husband Mark, Steven Allard, Rene Allard and his wife Meryl, all of Burrillville RI, Jim Allard and his wife Maggie of Concord New Hampshire. She is also survived by her siblings, Roger Riquier of Pembrooke Maine, Muriel Parker of Ocala Florida, Suzanne Gouin and Rachel Pouliot, both of Woonsocket RI. She is also survived by fifteen adoring grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother. Maurice Riquier of Woonsocket RI. John Sawtelle loving companion and caregiver of Burrillville RI.

Pauline was born in Woonsocket and was raised in a loving family. She attended Mt. St. Claire Catholic school, after which she met and married the love of her life and together, they worked hard and raised their beautiful family instilling the bonds of love and family. Pauline loved being a homemaker, she loved being a mom and grandmother. She enjoyed taking her grandchildren on nature walks and blueberry picking. She enjoyed gardening and cooking her delicious golumpkies for family and friends. When Pauline was relaxing, she loved watching the Golden Girls. She was a sweet, kind and loving woman who will be sorely missed.
