Obituary for Scott Richard Scarduzio
A beloved son, brother, and friend, Scott Richard Scarduzio, 47, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 22nd, 2023. Born, raised, and educated in Providence, he was a son of Raymond Scarduzio of Johnston and the late Regina F. (Silvia) Scarduzio.
An accomplished cook by trade, he was employed at various local establishments during his career in the hospitality industry. Scott was very much a private person and a bit of a homebody. As a member of a 'sports family', he was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed all the New England professional and local teams' rivalries and lively discussions concerning their respective wins and losses!
Besides his father, Scott is survived by his three brothers and their families: Raymond of North Providence, Damon and Nicholas, both of Johnston.
Arrangements are in the care of the Berarducci Home & Cremation Care Center in Providence. Memorial services are being planned and scheduled for a later date; details will be published upon completion. Meanwhile, condolences & memories may be left on this website. Rest in peace, dear Scott.
