A sweet and beloved mother, Susan Enamorado, 64, of North Providence, formerly of Central Falls, passed peacefully at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital on Monday, February 15, 2021, after a long struggle with Diabetes. She was born in Pawtucket, an only child of Paul O. and Evelyn (Rathbun) Couchon. Susan is survived by her two devoted sons, Alex Enamorado and his fiancé Anjely Huertas, and Paul Rodrigues and his spouse, Peter Viccione. She is also survived by her beloved cat, Pixie, and her sweet Jack Russell, Luna.

Sue was raised in Central Falls and attended Notre Dame High School, after graduating she worked for several different companies as a customer service representative. She was a sweet soul, a homebody who loved spending time with her family. She also loved event planning; she would put her personal touch into every detail. A devoted fan of the Food Network and Guy Fieri, she made our Ocean State summers a pure delight as we would all look forward to her famous summer cook outs where she would showcase her newest recipes and tasty snacks.

Sue was quiet but she had a feisty and opinionated side too. When at home , she enjoyed listening to Classic Rock music and she could make a mean Shepard’s pie which was often served with a side order of opinion. With Luna at her feet and Pixie circling somewhere close by, she would often 'cozy up' for her favorite movies, especially action films and movies about world disasters or weather events. We will miss our sweet mother and her kind and loving ways.
