Obituary for Sylvia "Syl" Brunelle (Lussier)

Sylvia "Syl" (Lussier) Brunelle 75, of Blackstone,passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Aurthur and Louise (Mayer) Lussier.
Syl was the loving wife of 56 years to her husband Donald. She was also a devoted mother to her children, she leaves behind her son Marc and his wife Tammy of Sterling, MA., her son Michael and his wife Cathy of Wilbraham, MA.,her daughter Donna and her husband Robert Benedict of Douglas MA., and her daughter Michelle and her husband George Gagnon of Douglas, MA, She also leaves behind a sister, Jackie Gagnon, a brother Roger Lussier and she was predeceased by her late brother Paul Lussier.

In addition she will be sorely missed by her 9 beautiful grandchildren whom she loved spending as much time as she could with. Syl enjoyed shopping, watching her Red Sox and cooking for her family.

Sylvia and Donald were married at Precious Blood church on July 4, 1959.

A Mass of Christian Burial to which friends and family are invited to attend will be held Monday March 14th at 10:00 am at Precious Blood Church 94 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket.

There will be a reception in the church hall immediately following the mass.

In lieu of flowers, Sylvia's family ask that donations be made to Hospice Home Care of New England. Which you can do by clicking on the "Place a Donation" tab to the left of this screen.
