Obituary – Sylvia (Labree) Reeves

Sylvia Reeves was born on April 14, 1961, and passed at her home in Johnston on Sunday October 4, 2020 surrounded by loved ones. She was the daughter of the late Louise and Tiago Ferreira and the wife of the late Lawrence J. Reeves. She leaves two daughters, Donna Sarachick and Allison Sarachick, and son, Jason Sarachick; two grandsons, Nelson Villeta and David Toj , and granddaughter, Natalie Toj, all with whom she had close and unique bonds; sisters, Sheree Tronni, Lorrie McNab, Diane Ferreira, Diane Hubbard, Jean Mandeville and Sally Mello – all to whom Sylvia was known as "Little Syl”; brothers Donald Watson, Joseph Disandro, Raymond Buxton, Alfred Ferreira, and Robert Ferreira; and many nieces and nephews.

Sylvia Reeves was a truly and undoubtedly loving Mother, Grandmother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. She will always be remembered for her undeniable strength and courage; for her unconditional and immense compassion; and for her kindness and the selfless and abundant love she has given us all. She was "our rock", and the "super glue" of our family throughout the years. We will always carry and cherish the many loving memories of her in our hearts. With our sincerest and deepest love, gratitude, and appreciation to our beloved Sylvia Reeves who truly embraced life and those she loved, we will forever miss and love her dearly. She will be remembered always. We love you. May she rest in eternal peace.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Berarducci Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center in Providence. . Services, inurement, and a celebration of Sylvia’s life will be planned for a future date.
