Obituary for Domenic Principale

Domenic Principale
Dominick Princepale, "Funeral Aficionado" 74, of 100 Atwells Avenue, Providence passed away on May 22nd after a short illness.

He was a son of the late Elizabeth Hope and Vincent Principale, and enjoyed a special bond with his dear friend Gladys Berarducci of Providence; Domenic endeared himself to many and will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. Dominick was a "fixture" at funerals in the greater Providence area for over 60 years, endearing himself to several area funeral directors and their staffs.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 9th at 10:00 am. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Dominick's beloved neighborhood, historic Federal Hill in Providence. He will be laid to rest with his parents in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.

In lieu of flowers or memorials, the family requests that you kindly honor Dominick by a random act of kindness or by attending the funeral of someone who you ordinarily would not.
