Obituary for Isabelle M "Izzy" Poirier (Caya)
Isabelle Poirier 81 of Woonsocket passed away on April 2nd., she died at home surrounded by her loving family. Isabelle was the daughter of Leopold and Laurette Caya. She is survived by her children Diane and her husband Hector (Butch) Gamache and Suzanne Oram she was predeceased by her son the late Roland R. Poirier. Isabelle will be missed by her seven beautiful grandchildren Jennifer, Jeffrey, Heather, Nicholas, Ashley, Taylor and Danielle and also her four great grandchildren.
She was a lifelong Bellingham resident and before retiring Isabelle was a Machine Operator for Fenwal Inc.,and she was a waitress for 30 years at various restaurants after which she spent her time enjoying her family and friends.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on on Saturday at the St Teresa's Church 630 Rathbun St. in Blackstone at 10am with burial in Precious Blood Cemetery immediately following.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Berarducci Funeral Home 185 Spring St Woonsocket
