Dad i want to thank you for all that you have done for this entire family,you have served our country,and you have always provided and served your family,you were home every night,you never left us,we never went to bed cold,no hungry,you have worked 2 jobs all your life,and we appreciate it,you have been through alot in your life,your dad passed away when you were 10,your mom suffered from different series of mental illness,when you and Ma had to bury our 4 month old sister Joann,you ended up with some serious illnesses yourself,bi-polar disporder,a pacemaker,parkinsons disease and then a stroke,well now you have no more pain,no more suffering,you and ma have created a beautiful family,6 children r.i.p.Joann,10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren,You worked hard all your life.you worked at brown university for 30 years,in the blizzard of 1978 you walked all the way from college hill to Olneyville just to get home to your family,as we all sit around and talk about all the days we had together,we all think about the crazy song/sayings that you had,sweetness sings the donkey at the brake of day,if you do not feed him this is what he says eeont eeont lol,and this one there was a man named Rod who walked all the way to capecod and when he got there his feet was so sore he didn't want to walk there any more,:) and the kids remember when you used to put the flashlight up to your face and make a scary face and tell them i'm gonna get you...well all in all Dad even though i went to the funeral home the owner let us see you one last time,i kissed your forehead,your body may have been cold,but you had a warm big heart,and i thanked you once again for all that you have done for all of your children,we love you and respect you,and i am honored to have had you as my dad,your a good man,and please dad kiss Joann Ma and Kevin for me,i love you Dad
