The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Michael Dawes can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary

Michael B. Dawes Obituary Rhode Island: Michael B. Dawes, 42, Formerly of Central Falls, Rhode Island and Framingham, Massachusetts died unexpectedly on Monday, December 16, 2013 after a period of declining health. Michael was born on August 27, 1971, son of the late Robert E. Dawes Sr. and Carole M. (Gibson) Dawes. Michael grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts and resided in Rhode Island for the past 10 years. Michael attended Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School and worked in the auto industry for many years with a passion for vintage "muscle" cars. Michael leaves three children: James Griffin of Wayland, Massachusetts; Cara Dawes of Palm Bay, Florida and Daniel Dawes of Palm Bay, Florida; three siblings: Evie M. Dawes of Ashland, Massachusetts; Robert E. Dawes Jr. and his wife Susan of Bellingham, Massachusetts and Sharon M. Dawes and her husband Paul of Mendon,Massachusetts as well as Nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins. Michael also leaves his best friend Lenore Pelissey of Lincoln, Rhode Island. A memorial service is being planned for the spring. Burial will be at Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham, Massachusetts. Please check back for further information or sign up for email notifications.
