Michael  Mencucci
Michael (Puzo) A. Mencucci, 56 of Woonsocket formerly of Pascoag died Friday October 17th.2014 at Rhode Island Hospital after being stricken suddenly. He was the husband of Judith F. (Gagnon) Mencucci to whom he was married for 26 years. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Angelo and Louise (Bileau) Mencucci.

Michael attended local schools and was a proud United States Coast Guard veteran. After serving honorably in the Coast Guard, Michael was employed as a Merchant Marine Seaman. Upon returning home Michael met and later married hes wife Judy and began a new career in the heating and air conditioning industry. Michael was a memeber of the Italian Working man's club. He enjoyed boating and fishing and also was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. He was also very helpful and compassionate to others.

Besides his wife Judith and his parents, he leaves two children, Nicholas Mencucci of Woonsocket and Alyssa Mencucci of Warwick. He also leaves a brother Angelo Mencucci and his wife Lisa of Woonsocket, sisgter Diana De Broisse and her husband Michael of North Smithfield and his lifelong friend Paul R. Carpentier of Woonsocket.

A Christian Mass of which family and friends are invited to attend will be held Saturday, November 1st,2014 at 10am in St. Anthony's Church 128 Greene St Woonsocket. Calling hours are private and burial will be at a later date in the RI Veteran's Cemetery Exeter RI
