Obituary – Thaddeus M. Farman

Thaddeus Miles Farman, 40, of Cranston, RI, passed away on Thursday, July 16th, 2020. Born in Warwick, RI, on April 26, 1980 to William Farman and Deborah Kauffman, Thad attended St. Timothy’s School for some years prior to moving to California where he completed his education at Oceana High School.

Thad was a US Army veteran, having served his country with honor and pride as a member of the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC, where he also completed the Special Forces Robin Sage training program.
A kind man, Thad was an amateur chef and a fan of rap music; he appreciated a good joke, and enjoyed the company of a good dog. He was an avid boxing fan and he spent some time in the ring training himself while in Santa Rosa, CA.

In addition to his parents, Thad is survived by his elder brothers, Ronald Kauffman and Joseph Lolio, and many relatives and friends by whom he’ll be sorely missed but fondly remembered.

A Mass for Thaddeus will be held on July 28th at 10am in St Timothy’s Church, Warwick Ave., Warwick.
